Beware of Documents and PDFs that are coming in email

Microsoft is having serious problems with the attacks coming from mal-formed documents meant to encrypt your harddrives. Resist the temptation to open documents in emails unless you know for sure where they come from. Several updates have been put out by Microsoft and more are likely to come soon. This threat is likely going to be with us for a while until the security holes are closed.

If you have legacy printers, you will have to upgrade those old printers in our environment to make way for this new security definition by Microsoft. Make sure that you have the latest drivers for your printers and if needed, Firmware, which can be a little complicated how to install, but we can help.

Read about what Updates are coming your way and be informed what you can do if things go horribly wrong.
